GAEL BREWING HISTORY

GAËL (gal) noun: A Gaelic-speaking Celt of Scotland, Ireland, or the Isle of Man. An Irish-American Microbrewery located in Geneva, NY in the beautiful Finger Lakes region. GAËL Brewing Company® was born when George Adams was inspired by his love for craft beer.

George Adams, the owner and head brewer is an accomplished homebrewer with many years of experience, during which he has won awards at major statewide brewing contests.
